Caroline Scade

I qualified with a post-graduate diploma in person-centred counselling in 2008. I am now an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred.)
My counselling experience is varied. I have worked in an NHS counselling service, I was a school counsellor for a secondary school in Glasgow and now I work privately. I have experience working with male and female clients and children over 12.

I am also a registered nurse. Working as a nurse for over 30 years, I specialised in sexual health, sexuality issues, victims of sexual assault, HIV, worked closely with the LGBTQI community as well as clients who attended the homeless addiction service. Throughout the COVID pandemic I also worked in public health. I now work as an occasional lecturer for undergraduate nursing students at Glasgow Caledonian University.

I am based in South Lanarkshire and can see clients in a confidential therapy rooms as well as online, using Zoom or telephone work. Once a week I also see clients in Cathcart, Glasgow.
